Jasmine Hernandez, guidance counselor at Patrick F. Taylor Science and technology Academy, has received the 2014 Multi-Level School Counselor of the Year award given by the Louisiana School Counselor Association. The award is given to recognize the counselor who has exhibited exceptional qualities and achieved outstanding results in a multi-grade level school.
