Students Get “One-on-One” Attention Through Professional Learning Communities

Professional Learning Communities allow teachers to work together across subjects and grade levels. This benefits students by providing them with a team of teachers who collaborate on the best ways to individualize lessons. Here at McDonogh No. 26 Elementary, teachers say PLCs are the equivalent of one-on-one instruction for every child.
