Ogden Museum of Southern Art Displays Work of Alexander Elementary Students

FullSizeRenderThe Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans worked with A. C. Alexander Elementary School students during the month of September. Second and third grade students were inspired by local artist Keith Duncan, as they focused on the theme of Artists and Sense of Place titled Our Home Town: From Kenner to New Orleans. Duncan inspired the students to stretch, revise, paint, and collage their drawings. The Ogden Museum hung all of the new young artists’ final pieces in the museum for all to enjoy until the middle of November.
