Livaudais Middle Inducts Students into National Junior Honor Society

Five students at Livaudais Middle School made up the inaugural class of the first Junior National Honor Society at the school.

At the urging of national honor society members at West Jefferson High School, Rob Wyman, Livaudais chapter advisor, pulled together a committee to bring the organization to the school.

Wyman said that there are five qualities that serve as standards of the honor society including scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship and character.

Students were selected for the honor by school faculty for successfully completing their candidacy into the society.
