Dr. Brumley speaks at a community event

Dr. Brumley spoke to a gallery full of community leaders as part of a BGR event this week.

Dr. Brumley may have wrapped up his 18 breakfast chats and town halls earlier this month, but he is far from finished engaging the community. This week (on day 67 of his 100-day plan, to be exact) he headlined the Bureau of Governmental Research’s Breakfast Briefing, where he spoke and took questions from a gallery full of community leaders. Engaging the community is part of the strategies outlined in his plan, Love to Learn; Learn to Lead: A 100-Day Investment for a Stronger JPPSS.

Here is what Dr. Brumley was up to this week as he works towards completing his plan and helping build a strong foundation for the future of our students.
