The support performance team is responsible for the design and implementation of all district performance evaluations for central office support staff and all non-instructional employees. The support performance team believes that all non-instructional employees impact student learning and achievement, by having measurable goals in place for every employee.
Support Performance Training
Our team develops and delivers training for school leaders and central office managers to ensure all support staff set performance goals.
Support Performance Evaluations
Our team monitors the evaluation process to ensure an ongoing performance evaluation process occurs with their managers annually.
Intensive Assistance Plans
We collaborate with central office departments to develop Intensive Assistance Plans for non-instructional employees and facilitate disciplinary conferences and investigations.
