Schools and offices in the Jefferson Parish Public School System (JPPSS) will be closed on Monday, January 15 to observe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. JPPSS Schools and Offices will be Open Friday, December 8, 2017

The Jefferson Parish Public School System will be open tomorrow, Friday, December 8, 2017. After several updates from the National Weather Service and the Jefferson Parish Emergency Management Department, it has been determined that the inclement weather is not predicted to negatively impact the south shore. We will operate on our normal schedule.

JPPSS Schools and Offices Closed for Winter Break December 21 – January 2; Students Return January 4

All JPPSS schools and administrative offices will be closed for winter break from Thursday, December 21, 2017 to Tuesday, January 2, 2018. In addition, Wednesday, January 3 will be a records day for teachers, with no school for students.
