The Jefferson Parish School Board voted to rename Marrero Academy to Ray St. Pierre Academy following the passing of the longtime educator and board member. A dedication ceremony was held for the newly named Ray St. Pierre Academy for Advanced Studies on May 8, 2018.

Free Swimming Lessons Through Partnership with YMCA and JCF

Interested in free swim lessons for your child? A partnership between the YMCA, the Jefferson Community Foundation, and the Jefferson Parish Public School System will provide free swim lessons at Estelle and Truman schools this summer.
